Before becoming an Associate Broker with Century 21 King's Quay Real EstateInc., he worked as Sales Representative with Retror Commercial Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Fairview Realty. Patrick not only specializes in the sales and marketing of Residential, Commercial and Investment real estate but is also a well-respected property manager. Personal Information 

   Patrick is a native of Hong Kong who emigrated to Ontario over 17 years ago. He comes to real estate from a career as Office Manager in Accounting and Management with a British Marine Consultants Engineering company. In this position, Patrick honed important skills in business, communication and financial management, both of which are vital to the success of his real estate clients today.

Married and the father of two, Patrick is acutely aware of the needs and wants of families in the area. He knows the schools, the neighborhoods, the services and the benefits available and is a valuable information resource both for those new to the area as well as to those who are simply changing neighborhoods.

In his spare time Patrick enjoys reading, playing tennis, going to the gym and traveling.
